Events bring visibility, credibility and big attention to your launch. JSG works with clients to manage movie premieres, book signings, and grand openings. We create an atmosphere for audience members allowing the perfect opportunity to market the occasion.
Whether producing live events, managing a product launch that generates buzz, or an all-star red carpet event, our team produces experiences that make people talk. We help our clients find the perfect venue, build a guest list, set up marketing campaigns, produce press kits and plan your after party. Some of our clients include the East Coast premieres of “Lions for Lambs,” and “An Inconvenience Truth.” We produced the opening of Madeleine Albright’s “Read My Pins” exhibit in Washington, D.C. JSG produced Paul McKellips’ book tour for “Uncaged” in 2011 in Orange County, CA, Washington, D.C., and Houston, TX, as well as Senator Charles Schumer’s book launch, “Positively American.”
International Events
Our in-house team of cross-cultural and protocol experts assist with the coordination of interpretation and translation services, menu planning, flag etiquette, titles and forms of address, floral and décor and budget planning. We provide travel support, such as assistance at airports for arrivals and departures, customs clearances, hotel room blocks and ground transportation.

An integral part of successful event security planning is access control. The issuance and control of proper credentials is an essential part of our event security plans and is designed to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas at your event site. Our credentialing specialists gained their experience providing state of the art access control while members of the U.S. Secret Service and White House security advance teams. We apply this same technology to your event needs.

Every meeting site, hotel, stadium, convention center, arena or any other venue, because of its physical characteristics and nuances is unique from a security and threat assessment perspective. No checklist or set of guidelines can be all encompassing; therefore we do not limit our site security planning to the confines of any set of guidelines or checklists. All our assessments are conducted and governed by the established U.S. Secret Service standards.
Our experts work closely with each client assisting them in securing and testing the facility’s multi-tiered physical assets. Our experts conduct physical surveys for each site in order to adequately address all security concerns. These “360 degree security” surveys are all encompassing.

Services include: travel bookings for air, hotel, car and rail; curbside check-in and boarding pass issuance; wheelchair and disability assistance; handling of excess baggage and charges; escort and security assistance; escort to carrier lounge or club; gate accompaniment; passenger meeting and arrival pick-up; gratuity handling for airport personnel; lost luggage tracking; airport transfer coordination; and services as needed.
